Here are some ways you can share this information with team members.

• Share the outputs of this procedure with a shared folder, an intranet web server or both. For web sharing with Apache, create a symbolic link to the logDirectory in your htdocs folder (/Library/WebServer/Documents on Mac OS X). For example: ln –s /Volumes/BackupLogs . . Windows users can share the log directory using the “Web Sharing” tab of its property dialog.
  
• Transform the XML output file to an RSS feed using the scripts provided. Team members can subscribe to this feed with their web browsers, RSS readers or mobile devices. They can even follow the RSS feed using a service like Yammer for even greater flexibility in how they receive updates (email, IM, SMS). The following image shows an example feed with results from two servers. You could click on the items in the actual feed to see the result details.
• Create a web dashboard to display elapsed time and file size changes over time.
